Attempted theft carries the same fines and sentence.

12.05	Hate Crime	Felony	HUT	HUT	CONTACT FIB. A prejudice-motivated crime which occurs when a perpetrator targets a victim because of their membership (or perceived membership) of a certain social group, disability, religion, sex, age, or race.
12.06	Narcotics Operation	Felony	HUT	HUT	Possessing more than 250 bags of Narcotics with or without intent to distibute (If found to be a group of people the 250 is the total amount on the collective group. Any one who attempts or aides in the distribution without having narcotics on them may recieve this charge.)
12.07	Riot	Felony	HUT	HUT	Engaging in violent conduct or actions that create a risk of public harm with a group of at least four individuals, including property damage, assault, or other disruptive behavior that threatens public safety or order
