M.P.C. § 9.10	Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle	Infraction	-	$250	Not yielding to emergency vehicles with activated lights or sirens by failing to move to the side of the road.

M.P.C. § 9.29	Defective Equipment	Infraction	-	$250	Operating a Vehicle with defective parts or equipment (Broken headlight/ tail light, Broken Windshield, Popped Tires, Etc.)
M.P.C. § 9.32	Illegal Use of NOS	Infraction	-	$750	NOS is illegal to use on public roadways, if used to assist in the evasion of law enforcement, will result in the seizure of the NOS canister (purge until emptied). NOS is only permitted to be utilized on private property (drag strips, race tracks, private personal property, etc.)
M.P.C. § 9.33	Illegal Light Modification	Infraction	-	$438	Any light modifications done to the headlights, tail lights, or underglow on a vehicle shall display as a solid color, no vehicle is authorized to display strobbing lights
MPC. § 9.34	Illegal Modification	Infraction	-	$875	Anyone who operates any form of vehicle on public roadways with the following modifications. Armor Plates and Armored Tires, if these modifications are found on the vehicle, can result in being State Impounded at law enforcement discretion.
MPC. § 9.35	Driving Without Registration	Infraction	-	$375	Driving without registration or certificate of title.
XXXXXXX	License Revocation	Infraction	-	$-	All licenses associated with a drivers license (CDL & Motorcycle) and pilots license will be automatically revoked if the individual accumulates 20 points on their driving or piloting record. The individual may petition the court to regain their drivers license but will need to reach out to the pilots license authority to regain their pilots license.
